PMX Ductwork is a specialty sheet metal fabrication shop based in Pittsburgh's Steel Valley. We manufacture custom HVAC duct fittings — straight runs, elbows, transitions, tees, reducers, boots, offsets, wyes, end caps, and crosses — to exact customer specifications. Every fitting is cut on CNC equipment, formed on precision brakes, and inspected before shipping.

Materials & Capabilities

We fabricate in three metals across four standard gauges:

• Galvanized Steel — Industry standard for residential and commercial HVAC. Corrosion-resistant and cost-effective. ~$1.25/sq ft.
• Aluminum — 65% lighter than steel. Ideal for rooftop units, suspended installations, and weight-sensitive applications. ~$2.10/sq ft.
• Stainless Steel — Maximum corrosion resistance for clean rooms, commercial kitchens, marine, and chemical environments. ~$4.25/sq ft.

Available gauges: 26, 24, 22, and 20. Connection types: raw, slip, drive, TDC, and flanged.
